Most common procedure used:

Set up negative air pressure containment of the affected area.
HEPA Vacuum and wet wipe any salvageable contents and store in a clean area while the remediation takes place.
Remove and dispose of all affected material such as but not limited to, carpet, padding, tack strip, sheetrock, paneling, insulation, vapor barriers etc.
Clean all exposed surfaces inside the containment including ceilings, block walls, floors, wood framing, wood sheathing, etc. Utilizing HEPA Filtered vacuums, wire brushing and or wet wiping as our remediation techniques.
Treat all affected areas with a biocide. (cleaner)
Encapsulate all affected areas as needed with an anti-microbial coating that contains a persistent fungicide.
Supply industrial HEPA Filtered Air Filtration Machines for the duration of the project.
